Tenaska Georgia Partners owns a 945-megawatt dual-fuel natural gas peaking facility in Franklin, Georgia. The plant operates under a long-term tolling agreement with a Constellation Energy subsidiary; Tenaska retains an ownership interest and has managed the plant since commercial operations began in 2001.
