Harrow closes TYRVAYA nasal spray acquisition from Viatris for USD 30 million upfront
HROW•Harrow closed its acquisition of worldwide TYRVAYA rights outside Japan from Viatris for USD 30 million upfront, with up to USD 70 million in net-sales milestone payments. Harrow expects the product to generate more than USD 30 million in revenue in 2027.

Harrow acquired worldwide rights to TYRVAYA nasal spray, except in Japan, for USD 30 million paid at closing. The deal includes up to USD 70 million tied to net-sales milestones. Viatris retained commercialization rights in Japan and agreed to pay Harrow royalties on any future net sales there.
2. Revenue and staffing
Harrow expects TYRVAYA revenue to exceed USD 30 million in 2027 as it integrates the brand into its ocular surface franchise. Roughly 40 Viatris personnel are expected to join Harrow in Q4 2026 to expand its dry-eye commercial team.
