Hartford Creative Group names co-CEO

Hartford Creative Group named Kewei Huang as co-chief executive officer on July 22, 2026, to serve alongside CEO Sheng-Yih Chang.

Huang, 61, is a chief technology officer with over 20 years’ experience in AI, big data, software engineering, fundraising, capital markets, public listings.
He previously founded startups including Moxian Social and Moxian Biz; an earlier firm was acquired by Nasdaq-listed Pactera.
Huang holds a Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales.
