Hartford Creative Group named Sheng-Yih Chang chief executive officer, effective Sept. 21, 2026.
Chang also took over as chairman of the board on the same date.
Kewei Huang, also known as Kek Wee Ng, resigned as CEO and board chairman effective Sept. 21, 2026 for health reasons.
Chang previously served as CEO from April 1, 2024 to Sept. 1, 2026.
He was CFO from June 2018 to April 1, 2024.
