- Hawaiian Electric began shifting crews and equipment to support Kauai recovery following Hurricanes Lowell and Lala.
- Nearly all Oahu customers affected by Lowell had service restored; about 400 remained without power, mainly in Makaha Valley.
- Hawaii Island restoration from Lala was completed, including Wood Valley, following mutual-aid support and line-re-routing work.
- First assessment team was set to arrive on Kauai tomorrow; additional trucks and equipment were scheduled to arrive by barge Friday.
