HawkEye 360 Q2 FY26 net loss widens to USD 15.3 million; revenue rises 87% to USD 49.8 million

HawkEye 360 forecast full-year revenue of $215 million-$220 million and expects non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA of $30 million-$36 million.
Q2 revenue growth and loss widen
HawkEye 360 posted Q2 revenue of $49.8 million, up 87% year over year, while net loss widened to $15.3 million.
Adjusted EBITDA fell to $7 million from $7.8 million a year earlier, and net cash from operations increased to $11.6 million.
Backlog, international revenue and contract wins
International revenue more than doubled to $21 million, up 134% year over year. Backlog rose to $292.2 million at June 30.
The company said it closed a May IPO raising $437.5 million in net proceeds and secured a multi-year Indian Navy contract for space-based RF data and analytics.
