Director death announced

Hawthorn Bancshares director Jonathan “Jon” Holtaway died on Sept. 4, 2026, at age 55.
Holtaway joined the board in 2019.
He was president of Ategra Capital Management, which he founded in 2005.
He also served as managing member of Ategra GP, general partner of Ategra Community Financial Institution Fund.
