Q2 results and regional sales
Hayward reported Q2 2026 net sales of $318.4 million, up 6% year over year, with adjusted EBITDA of $92.7 million, up 5%.
Adjusted diluted EPS rose 8% to $0.26, while gross profit margin narrowed 50 basis points to 48.7%.
North America net sales climbed 8.8% to $277.7 million, while Europe and Rest of World net sales fell 8.3% to $40.7 million.
