H.B. Fuller amends credit agreement, extends $420 million term loan A and $800 million revolver to 2031

H.B. Fuller entered Amendment No. 3 to its February 2023 credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase, refinancing term A loans at $420 million.
Revolving loans were refinanced at $700 million; lender commitments rose $100 million, lifting the revolving facility to $800 million.
Maturity extended and bridge agreement terminated
The maturity for the Amended Term A Loans and Amended Revolving Loans was extended to July 17, 2031, and interest rate margins were cut 0.25%.
The secured bridge credit agreement signed June 25, 2026 was terminated with no borrowings outstanding; fees were paid.
