Net debt ended the quarter at $1.96 billion, roughly flat year-on-year, and net debt-to-adjusted EBITDA improved to 3.0x from 3.3x.
Celeste Mastin said pricing actions are offsetting higher raw material costs, and restructuring efforts continue to enhance operating leverage.
For fiscal 2026, adjusted EPS is forecast at $4.70-$4.85, and adjusted EBITDA is expected at $655-$670 million.
Fiscal third-quarter results
H.B. Fuller posted fiscal third-quarter net revenue of $938 million, up 5.2% year-on-year, and net income of $79 million.
Diluted EPS rose to $1.44, from $1.22 a year earlier, while gross margin widened to 33.2% from 32%.
