Unsolicited cash offer for Building Adhesives Solutions business
Ancora Holdings Group submitted an unsolicited proposal to buy H.B. Fuller’s Building Adhesives Solutions business for USD 1.1 billion to USD 1.2 billion in cash.
The offer marks Ancora’s first formal bid for the unit, following earlier verbal expressions of interest.
H.B. Fuller’s board is evaluating the proposal with financial and legal advisers as part of its portfolio review process.
