HBM Healthcare Investments says Electra Therapeutics IPO raises USD 350 million

HBM Healthcare Investments reported portfolio company Electra Therapeutics began trading on Nasdaq as ETRA on Sept. 18, 2026.
Electra priced an upsized IPO at USD 15 per share, issuing 23,330,000 new shares for about USD 350 million gross proceeds.
HBM Healthcare Investments’ investment
HBM invested USD 15 million in Electra’s 2025 Series C financing, then added USD 15 million in the IPO for USD 30 million total.
Post-IPO stake stands at about 3.9%, valued at USD 32.8 million based on the first-day closing price.
