In tumor models, HCW11-018b promoted immune-cell infiltration and immune structure formation within tumors, and reduced tumor growth and metastatic spread. Patient-derived pancreatic tumor implants completely shrank in some models. The company will present the findings November 6, 2026, at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer annual meeting in Phoenix.
