HCW Biologics signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Akron Biotech to commercialize HCW11-006 as a CAR-T manufacturing reagent.

Akron will market and distribute research-grade and cGMP-grade HCW11-006 to its network of therapy developers and research institutions.

The deal includes pre-payment commitments tied to product sales, supporting near-term commercialization of the company’s TRBC-based multi-cytokine fusion molecule.
