- Shareholders adopted the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026.
- Dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2026 was declared.
- Approval was granted to issue Perpetual Debt Instruments (part of Additional Tier I Capital), Tier II Capital Bonds, and long-term bonds via private placement; a related-party transaction modification with HDFC Life was also cleared.
