Following the state declaration, Health Net mobilized relief efforts for members and providers affected by the Palos warehouse fire in Los Angeles County. This includes immediate suspension of refill limits and authorization of out-of-network pharmacy access for emergency prescriptions.

Impacted members can secure emergency medication supplies at original or alternate pharmacies, access free 24/7 telehealth appointments and call behavioral health services for stress or trauma support. 3. Provider Assistance Provisions
Participating providers receive extended grace periods for acute services, durable medical equipment and home health care notifications, along with waived prior authorizations.
