1. Planned venture details
The joint venture would hold regional intellectual property and distribution rights for humanoid nursing robots intended to assist with patient toileting and hygiene care in hospitals and clinical settings. Healthcare Triangle would lead funding, manufacturing arrangements, sales and distribution, while AI World would provide technology transfer, engineering and software support. Commercial rollout depends on regulatory clearances and clinical validation, including hospital pilot deployments; HIPAA compliance is planned.
