Healthy Choice Wellness unit Host Digital signs 15-year data center lease worth about $1.25 billion

The agreement covers 43 MW of critical IT load at an energized northeast Oklahoma facility, with tenant delivery expected in H1 2027.
The contract includes annual rent escalators, and renewal options could lift potential contracted revenue to about $3.2 billion over 30 years.
The lease is expected to be supported by a backstop from a U.S.-based investment-grade global technology company.
