Based on unaudited data, HeartCore expects FY2025 revenue between $8.5 million and $9.5 million with net income in the range of $3.0 million to $4.0 million. These figures are subject to completion of the annual audit and may change upon final review.
2. Divestiture of Japan Subsidiary
On October 31, 2025, the company completed the sale of HeartCore Japan, excluding approximately $7.0 million to $8.0 million of revenue previously generated by the subsidiary. The divestiture generated a gain of about $7.0 million, contributing to profitability after a $5.2 million net loss in the prior year.
3. Capital Strategy and Growth Plans
The sale proceeds of approximately JPY1.8 billion will be reinvested into growth initiatives within the financial services sector. HeartCore currently serves a total of 16 Go IPO clients, with five companies actively preparing for U.S. market listings under its advisory practice.
