Heartflow presented results from the 1,105-patient P4 randomized trial at TCT 2026 on Nov. 1, with simultaneous publication in NEJM. CT-guided coronary intervention planning matched intravascular ultrasound guidance on one-year clinical outcomes, with shorter procedures and lower contrast use. Separately, NAVIGATE-PCI registry results showed PCI Navigator prompted treatment-plan changes in most patients compared with angiography alone, primarily involving stent length and lesion preparation; physicians reported greater confidence in Navigator-based plans.
