HeartSciences partner Fortitude orders 9,000 Bitmain Antminer Z15 Pro units for about $31.5 million
HSCS•Fortitude signs purchase agreement with Bitmain for Zcash mining fleet
HeartSciences disclosed that Fortitude Mining signed a definitive purchase agreement with Bitmain for 9,000 Antminer Z15 Pro units to expand its Zcash-focused Equihash mining fleet.
The order totals about USD 31.5 million at USD 3,499 per unit, with shipments scheduled for October 2026 and November 2026.
Fortitude estimated the units add about 7.56 GSol/s of incremental hashrate based on a typical 840 KSol/s per unit.
The purchase builds on Fortitude’s proposed business combination with HeartSciences, with closing targeted for H2 2026 and a planned Nasdaq listing under the Fortitude brand with ticker “TUDE,” subject to approval.
