Helix shareholders voted on Hornbeck deal at special meeting

On completion, Hornbeck securityholders are expected to own about 55% of the combined company, and Helix shareholders about 45%.

Helix held a special shareholder meeting today to vote on actions needed for its all-stock combination with Hornbeck.
Shareholders adopted the required proposals to complete the transaction.
The vote authorizes the deal steps but does not itself complete the combination.
