On May 19, Helport appointed former U.S. Bank EVP Dr. Yu Pan as independent director and will form a board-level AI Governance Committee.

On May 14, Helport AI unveiled a next-generation corporate website built around its flagship HyprX Expert Replication Engine, which digitizes subject matter experts, operational processes, product knowledge, compliance workflows and sales methodologies into interactive AI labor environments. The launch aims to showcase the platform’s scalability and attract enterprise clients seeking AI labor solutions.
2. Board appointment and governance framework
On May 19, Helport AI appointed Dr. Yu Pan, former U.S. Bank Executive Vice President, as an independent director and announced plans to establish a board-level AI Governance Committee. The committee will focus on ethical AI deployment, compliance oversight and risk management as the company expands its industrial-scale AI labor platform.
