Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VII will hold a virtual extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on Aug. 24, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on the proposed business combination with ONE Nuclear Energy.
If cleared, the combined company is expected to be renamed ONE Nuclear Energy Inc.
The shares are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker ONEN following closing.
