Henry Schein ups revolving credit facility to $1.25 billion, extends maturity to 2031

The facility is intended to support working capital, general corporate purposes, capital spending, share repurchases, permitted debt refinancing and acquisitions.
JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, with U.S. Bank as syndication agent for the lender group.
Credit facility increased and extended
Henry Schein amended and restated its revolving credit facility on Sept. 21, 2026, lifting total commitments to $1.25 billion.
Maturity was extended to Sept. 19, 2031 under the Fourth Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement.
