- Herbalife CEO Stephan Gratziani will step down effective Oct. 31, 2026.
- CFO John DeSimone will become interim CEO on Nov. 1, 2026; he previously served as president, chief strategy officer and special adviser to the CEO.
- A board committee has been formed to run the CEO succession process.
- Gratziani will stay on as a strategy and business development consultant.
