Herbalife releases transcript of Q2 2026 earnings call
HLF•Personalized nutrition push
The company said its personalized nutrition push is continuing with the launch of Bioniq GO across 11 Europe and Africa markets in June, followed by a U.S. launch in July.
Herbalife said more launches are planned for the second half.
Guidance for Q3 and full year
Herbalife said Q3 net sales are expected to rise 0.5% to 4.5% reported and 1.5% to 5.5% on a constant-currency basis.
For the full year, the company guided for net sales to increase 2.5% to 5.5% and adjusted EBITDA to be $670 million to $690 million.
CFO transition and debt reduction
DeSimone is set to retire at year-end, and SVP Finance and Transformation Scott Schaefer will become CFO at the start of 2027.
Herbalife said debt reduction remains a priority.
