For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, Herbalife reported net sales of $5.04 billion, up 0.9% from $4.99 billion and exceeding its 0.7% growth target. Net income declined 10% to $228.3 million from $254.3 million year-over-year.

2. Fourth-Quarter Performance

In Q4, net sales rose 6% to $1.28 billion from $1.21 billion, while attributable net income decreased 52% to $85.4 million compared with $178 million in the prior-year quarter.

Shares reached an intraday three-year high of $20.34 and closed up 18.32% at $19.57 following the earnings release. Herbalife forecasts Q1 net sales growth of 1–6% and adjusted EBITDA between $670 million and $710 million.
