Heritage Global Partners, a subsidiary of Heritage Global Inc., will auction late-model CNC and fabrication equipment from NOV’s closed Dayton Chemineer plant on March 12. Assets include DMG Mori mill-turn centers, a 48″ x 393″ Tacchi CNC lathe, EDMs, waterjets, blast deburr system, tooling and forklifts, with inspections March 11.

Heritage Global Partners, a subsidiary of Heritage Global Inc., in partnership with Prestige Auctions, will host an online auction of all assets from the closed Dayton Chemineer plant on March 12 at 11:00 a.m. ET, with assets located in Dayton, Ohio.

2. Asset Portfolio

The sale covers late-model CNC machining centers including a DMG Mori NT6600DCG/4000CS, a 48" x 393" Tacchi HD/3 lathe with live milling and Y-axis, EDMs, waterjets, blast deburr system, extensive tooling, forklifts and facility support equipment.

3. Bidding Process and Inspection

Qualified buyers can register online to bid remotely, access detailed asset catalogs and photos, and attend on-site inspections scheduled for March 11 or by appointment. Pre-auction offers are being accepted on select major assets.
