Heritage Insurance Holdings posted Q2 2026 net income of $61.7 million, up 28.5%, with diluted EPS rising 32.3% to $2.05.
Revenue increased 3% to $214.2 million, helped by higher net premiums earned and investment income.
Profitability strengthened as the net combined ratio improved 8 percentage points to 64.9%, with the net loss ratio down 8.1 percentage points to 30.4%.
Cash flow and capital position
Cash flow from operations more than doubled to $166.5 million; book value per share climbed 16.5% from year-end 2025 to $19.09.
Heritage entered Texas on a surplus lines basis; CEO Ernie Garateix said the company is generating record earnings, producing excess capital, and sees a foundation for future growth.
