Hershey Trust Co, trustee in trust for Milton Hershey School, sold 25,999 shares of Hershey common stock on Aug. 3-5.
Sales were reported at weighted-average prices ranging from USD 173.81 to USD 180.
Directly held common shares fell to 1,076,119 following the transactions.
The trust also reported 54,612,012 shares of Class B common stock convertible share-for-share into common stock.
