Sales were priced between USD 185.67 and USD 190.07 per share, based on weighted-average prices reported for each trading day.
Directly held common shares fell to 926,119 following the transactions. Separately reported 39,630 common shares were held indirectly.
Reported ownership also includes 54,612,012 Class B common shares convertible share-for-share into common stock.
