Hershey Trust reports $4.05 million common stock sale
HSY•Hershey Trust Co. disclosed sales of 28,000 Hershey common shares on Sept. 28-30, worth $4.05 million, at prices ranging from $157.6868 to $166.3902 per share.

The trust, which serves as trustee for Milton Hershey School, reported that its directly held common shares fell to 686,119 as of Sept. 30. It also reported indirect ownership of 39,630 common shares and holdings of 54,612,012 Class B common shares, convertible share-for-share into common stock.
