Disposition of Hestia Investments subsidiary completed
Hestia Insight completed the disposition of its Hestia Investments subsidiary on July 31, 2026.
The company transferred 100% of the subsidiary’s outstanding capital stock to an executive, including associated financial accounts and operating holdings.
The subsidiary was fully deconsolidated from the company’s financial statements following closing.
The transaction is to be accounted for as an executive settlement effective on the disposition date.
