HF Sinclair Lubricants signs long-term base oil supply deals with SK Enmove, Chevron
DINO•Long-term base oil supply agreements signed
HF Sinclair’s Lubricants & Specialties unit signed long-term supply agreements with SK Enmove, SK On’s CIC, and Chevron Products.
- SK Enmove will supply Group III base oils, and the unit will distribute YUBASE Group III in key North American regional markets.
- Chevron will supply Group II base oils, and the unit will distribute Chevron-branded Group II in Canada and select U.S. regions.
- The agreements are intended to build a diversified base-oil supply network as Mississauga, Ontario base-oil refining assets are set for retirement.
- The transition to the new supply model is expected to be completed in the second half of 2027.
