High Roller Secures Dual Marketing LOIs and Explores Web3 Incentives Ahead of U.S. Prediction Markets Launch
High Roller Technologies has signed non-binding LOIs with Leverage Game Media and Lines.com to execute strategic marketing partnerships aimed at accelerating customer acquisition and brand awareness ahead of its planned U.S. prediction markets launch. Concurrently, the company has partnered with Power Protocol to explore Web3-enabled incentive models to deepen engagement across its High Roller and Fruta brands.
1. Strategic LOI with Leverage Game Media to Fuel U.S. Expansion
High Roller Technologies has executed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Leverage Game Media (LGM) to serve as its primary marketing and distribution partner for the Company’s planned launch into U.S. prediction markets. LGM will leverage its suite of sports-focused social channels—including @NBAMemes and @NFT—which deliver over 1 billion annual views to more than 5 million followers, to accelerate customer acquisition and elevate brand visibility. This agreement follows High Roller’s December partnership with Crypto.com | Derivatives North America and signals the Company’s commitment to building a diversified, social-first marketing ecosystem ahead of its regulated event-based market rollout.
2. Partnering with Lines.com to Reach High-Intent Sports Audiences
A second LOI has been signed with Lines.com, a Spike Up Media property operating over 100,000 indexed sports pages and a social following of 2.11 million that generated nearly 70 million views in the past 30 days. Lines.com will deploy its automation-driven distribution infrastructure and AI-powered discovery channels—boasting some 800 citations across Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini—to target consumers versed in probability and odds-based decision-making. High Roller expects this partnership to deliver a high-quality user base primed for prediction markets, complementing its broader go-to-market strategy focused on scale, efficiency and efficient cost of acquisition.
3. Exploring Web3 Incentives with Power Protocol Collaboration
In parallel with its marketing alliances, High Roller has entered a strategic collaboration with Power Protocol to pilot Web3-enabled, incentive-driven engagement models across its High Roller and Fruta brands. The initiative will test mission-based rewards, behavioral incentives and geofenced activations designed to deepen user engagement and drive incremental revenue. Power Protocol’s infrastructure—proven through the Fableborne mobile game—enables direct routing of incentives tied to meaningful user actions. High Roller will evaluate compliance, technical feasibility and product pathways to responsibly integrate these next-generation engagement mechanics within regulated markets.
