High Roller Technologies signed a non-binding LOI with Leverage Game Media—operator of social channels with over 5 million followers and 1 billion annual views—to accelerate customer acquisition for its planned regulated U.S. prediction markets launch. This partnership follows its Crypto.com | Derivatives North America agreement to launch event-based prediction markets.

1. Strategic Marketing Partnership with Leverage Game Media

High Roller Technologies has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Leverage Game Media to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness for its planned U.S. prediction markets launch. Under the agreement, Leverage Game Media will leverage its social-first platforms—including @NBAMemes and @NFT—to deliver over 1 billion annual views to more than 5 million followers. High Roller expects this partnership to accelerate user onboarding by tapping into highly engaged, sports and gaming-focused communities ahead of its event-based product rollout.

2. Expanded Distribution via Lines.com Collaboration

In a separate LOI, High Roller agreed to partner with Lines.com, a Spike Up Media sports content network reaching 2.11 million social followers and generating nearly 70 million views over the past 30 days. Lines.com’s platform spans more than 100,000 indexed pages across six major U.S. sports leagues and boasts almost 800 AI-driven discovery citations on channels such as Google AI Overview and ChatGPT. High Roller’s CEO cited Lines.com’s automation and conversion performance as key to scaling efficient, high-quality user acquisition for its prediction markets product.

3. Web3-Enabled Engagement Trial with Power Protocol

High Roller has entered a strategic collaboration with Power Protocol to explore Web3-enabled incentives designed to reshape player engagement. The initiative will test mission-based rewards, geofenced activations and co-created user experiences across High Roller’s casino brands, including Fruta. With access to over 6,000 premium games from 90 providers, High Roller aims to leverage Power Protocol’s behavioral economics infrastructure—proven in the mobile game Fableborne—to drive responsible, incentive-driven user growth and uncover new revenue streams in regulated markets.

4. Recent Stock Rally Highlights Investor Enthusiasm

On January 14, High Roller Technologies’ stock surged sixfold following announcement of its partnership with Crypto.com | Derivatives North America to launch regulated event-based prediction markets in the U.S. Investors have poured into ROLR shares in anticipation of robust growth, citing the prediction markets sector as a high-potential segment estimated to reach several billion dollars in handle by year-end. The rally underscores market confidence in High Roller’s dual strategy of regulated infrastructure partnerships and diversified marketing alliances.
