HGLB•Highland Global Allocation Fund declared monthly distributions of $0.085 per share for October through December 2026. Its annual distribution rate was reset to 8.5% of average NAV per share over the final five trading days of 2025.

The October distribution has an ex-date and record date of Oct. 23 and is payable Oct. 30. The November distribution has an ex-date and record date of Nov. 23 and is payable Nov. 30; the December distribution has an ex-date and record date of Dec. 24 and is payable Dec. 31.
