Highway Holdings Signs Master Agreement For Formation Of Majority-Owned Energy Storage Joint Venture With Wowtiger Brand Owner Huahu

Highway Holdings Ltd said it has signed a master agreement for the formation of a majority-owned energy storage joint venture with Huahu, the owner of the Wowtiger brand.

• Highway Holdings will own 57% of the joint venture, while Huahu will own 43%.
• The joint venture will receive initial contributions valued at $3.50 million.
• The venture will be jointly managed by the two parties.
