HII names Renee Swan chief human resources officer, effective Dec. 7
HII•Huntington Ingalls Industries appointed Renee Swan executive vice president and chief human resources officer, effective Dec. 7, 2026. She succeeds Edmond Hughes, who will support the transition before retiring in April 2027 after 21 years with the company.
1. Leadership transition
Swan previously served as senior vice president and chief people officer at Atmus Filtration Technologies. Hughes will support the transition before retiring in April 2027.
