Hilton opens LivSmart Studios long-stay hotel in Pensacola, Florida
HLT•LivSmart Studios expands to Florida’s Gulf Coast
Hilton opened LivSmart Studios Pensacola I-10 North Davis Highway, extending its long-stay brand to Florida’s Gulf Coast.
The property at 7077 Plantation Rd is the fourth LivSmart Studios hotel now operating, targeting stays of 10 nights or longer.
3H Group owns the hotel; LBA Hospitality manages it, following their earlier LivSmart Studios opening in Tullahoma in 2025.
The partners are preparing to open another LivSmart Studios property in Huntsville, Alabama, later this year.
