Hilton Q2 FY26 net income rises 9.05% to $482 million; adjusted EBITDA climbs 4.56% to $1.05 billion

Hilton posted Q2 diluted EPS of 2.10, up from 1.84 a year earlier; net income rose to $482 million from $442 million.
Adjusted EBITDA climbed to $1.05 billion from $1.01 billion; system-wide comparable RevPAR increased 3.9% versus Q2 2025.
Development and capital return
Hilton opened 207 hotels totaling 24,100 rooms, adding 21,600 net rooms; the development pipeline reached 541,300 rooms, up 6% year over year.
The company repurchased 2,900,000 shares for $932 million; total capital return including dividends was $966 million in Q2.
2026 outlook
Hilton forecast 2026 net income of $1.88 billion-$1.91 billion; it also projects 2026 system-wide comparable RevPAR up 3%-3.5%.
