Hinge Health Q2 FY26 GAAP net income swings to USD 43.69 million; revenue rises 53% to USD 213 million

Hinge Health said Q2 2026 revenue rose 53% to $213 million. GAAP net income swung to $43.69 million, or $0.52 a share.
GAAP operating income turned positive at $40.4 million, while GAAP gross margin widened 16 percentage points to 86%.
Cash flow, acquisition and outlook raised
Free cash flow climbed to $99.6 million from $32.6 million. Cash and equivalents totaled $475.6 million at June 30.
The company signed a definitive agreement to buy Cylinder Health for $105 million in cash, expanding into gastrointestinal care; the deal is expected to close in Q3.
Hinge Health raised its full-year revenue outlook to $856 million-$860 million and lifted its non-GAAP operating income view to $236 million-$244 million.
