10-Q filing delayed while Swedish VAT dispute is reviewed

HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. delayed filing its quarterly Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2026.

The filing was not completed by the Aug. 10, 2026 deadline, and the company said it aims to release it within the five-calendar-day extension period.

The main reason is the evaluation of the accounting treatment and related disclosures for a VAT assessment dispute at a subsidiary in Sweden. Recent developments have increased the likelihood of recording a non-cash accrual, but the amount is still being determined, which has delayed the close of the report.

For the quarter, revenue is expected to be about $79 million, up 73% from $45.6 million; operating loss and net loss are projected to widen.
