1. Record Fiscal 2026 Revenue and Bitcoin Production
HIVE Digital Technologies achieved record fiscal 2026 revenue of $297.8 million, marking a 158% year-over-year increase. The surge was powered by a rise in Bitcoin production to 2,885 coins, more than double the prior year’s output.
2. Bitcoin Sales to Fund Expansion
During the quarter, HIVE sold 331 BTC, shrinking its treasury from 481 BTC to 150 BTC. Proceeds were allocated to a 300 MW Paraguay expansion that increased total hashrate from 6.5 EH/s to 25.1 EH/s across three phases completed between June and November 2025.
3. HPC Business Growth and Contracted ARR
HIVE’s high-performance computing segment nearly doubled revenue to $19.5 million and achieved higher margins than its mining operations. The unit also secured $35 million in contracted annual recurring revenue, diversifying the company’s income streams.
4. GAAP Net Loss Driven by Non-Cash Charges
The company reported a GAAP net loss of $148.4 million, largely due to $170.4 million in depreciation and other non-cash accounting charges. Its conservative depreciation policy fronts-loads expense recognition, minimizing actual cash impact on operations.
