BUZZ HPC said USD 35 million of current ARR, and about USD 145 million of contracted ARR, are expected to ramp by Q4 2026.
The company plans to deploy a dedicated AI cluster of 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs at Bell's Merritt, British Columbia site.
Capex is expected at about USD 185 million, and the customer is expected to prepay about 10% of the total contract value, or about USD 35 million.
Five-year GPU cloud contract boosts revenue run-rate
HIVE unit BUZZ HPC signed a five-year GPU cloud services contract with an investment-grade enterprise customer worth about USD 350 million.
The deal lifts BUZZ HPC's annualized revenue run-rate by about USD 70 million to about USD 180 million.
