Holcim gets regulatory clearance for Inversiones Aspi to launch Cementos Pacasmayo tender offer
CPAC•Peru’s SMV allowed Inversiones Aspi to conduct a tender offer for all Cementos Pacasmayo common shares, including American Depositary Shares; the offer has not yet launched. MSRA submitted a valuation report to determine the minimum offer price.

The SMV allowed Inversiones Aspi to conduct a tender offer for all Cementos Pacasmayo common shares. The offer, which will include American Depositary Shares representing five common shares each, has not yet launched. MSRA submitted a valuation report to determine the minimum offer price.
2. Holcim ownership
Holcim decided on June 15, 2026, to target all common shares, expanding its original commitment to acquire at least an additional 24.99%. Holcim acquired 99.99% of Inversiones Aspi under a share purchase agreement dated December 15, 2025.
