Holcim wins approval for Inversiones Aspi to launch offer for Cementos Pacasmayo

Peru’s SMV authorized Inversiones Aspi to make an offer for all Cementos Pacasmayo common shares, including American Depositary Shares, each representing five common shares. The offer had not launched as of October 16, 2026, and independent appraiser MSRA submitted its valuation report on October 14 to determine the minimum offer price.
2. Holcim’s plans
Holcim decided on June 15, 2026, to target all common shares, expanding its original commitment to acquire at least another 24.99%. The offer follows Holcim’s acquisition of 99.99% of Inversiones Aspi under a share purchase agreement dated December 15, 2025.
