CCLCCL

Holland America Line will age a barrel of Jefferson's Bourbon on each of its 11 ships for at least six months, letting ocean climates and motion create unique flavor profiles. Each barrel yields 150-300 bottles for exclusive onboard tastings in 2027, expanding the line's Single Barrel Program.

1. Program Launch and Aging Methodology

Holland America Line has partnered with Jefferson's Bourbon to age one barrel on each of its 11 cruise ships for a minimum six-month voyage. The program subjects barrels to ocean air, temperature shifts and constant motion to develop distinctive flavor profiles at sea.

2. Bottle Production and Guest Experience

Upon completion of the aging period, each barrel is expected to yield 150-300 limited-edition bottles. These bottles will be available exclusively onboard in 2027 through educational tastings and onboard activations, further enhancing the cruise line's Single Barrel Program.
