Holley acquires Toyota performance parts maker SXTH Element
HLLY•Holley acquired SXTH Element, expanding its Modern Truck & Off-Road business into performance upgrades for late-model Toyota trucks and SUVs. SXTH Element’s intake and airflow products will complement Holley’s tuning and exhaust capabilities, and its products will gain access to Holley’s business-to-business distribution network.

Holley acquired SXTH Element, which makes performance parts for late-model Toyota trucks and SUVs. Its intake and airflow products complement Holley’s existing tuning and exhaust capabilities. SXTH Element’s founding team will continue leading the business, and distribution will expand through Holley’s business-to-business network beyond SXTH Element’s primarily direct-to-consumer sales.
